Cloned Food

CNN reports that the FDA states that it is okay to the eat the meat of cloned cows, goats, or pigs and drink the milk from cloned. Yes soon you can have the best steak you ever tasted over, and over, and over again.

It states that because of the cost it will take a while for cloned meats and milk to hit the shelves but my question is will is this a good thing or not? Will cloning animals soon be cheaper than the regular process of reproduction? What benefits will that provide for farmers and ranchers? Will it provide better quality over time? Safe meats and milk? Or will it simply be deja food?
