My focus this week is water intake. Drinking lots of water helps push things through your body faster. I have a 24 oz Camelbak container and my goal is five of those a day. To do the math that is 120oz a day. In my last ‘diet’ with LA Weight Loss we had to drink 8 8oz glasses of water a day. In another article I read online you should drink 8 8oz glasses of water for every 25 lbs you are over your ideal weight. The top end of for my ideal weight is 174 lbs according to numerous Ideal Weight Body Calculators online. (I think the last time I weighted 174 was my freshman year of college after have bronchitis for two weeks). This means I should be drinking 16 8oz glasses of water a day, or 128oz, which is close to my goal of 5 Camelbaks a day.
